Official kickoff is Wednesday night, Oct 2 at 6:30 PM dinner. Jammers can begin arriving as early as 5:00 PM. Important Dates for Registration and Refunds:
Early Bird Deadline: Sep 8, 2024 (after Sep 8 rates increase by $50 until registration close)
Registration close: by Sep 14, 2024, 11:59 PM or sooner if we reach our jam capacity before then.
Full Balance Due for all and work study sign-up closes: Sep 14, 2024
Deposit and balance paid is fully refundable until: Sep 8, 2024
Balance paid is fully refundable minus deposit: Sep 8-Sep 25
Balance paid is 50% refundable minus deposit: Sep 25-Apr 1

Costs and Payment
Registration costs include:
A bed in a shared room. Camping reduces your cost by 20$/night.
If camping, please indicate that choice on the registration form. If you choose camping on the form and then change your mind before (let us know as soon as possible) or decide to crash indoors at the last minutes to escape weather, etc, know that there might not be spare beds for last minute changes (though that’s unusual) and you’ll need to pay the cost difference.
Delicious vegetarian meals
Blankets and pillow. Sheets and towels are available for a laundry fee of $5 per person.
Kids are welcome!
Kids 0-5 are free; kids 6-11 get 50% off the registration fee.
We welcome kids but those bringing them must agree they will be responsible for their supervision for the entirety of their stay.
Work Study
Work Study pays $25/hour and entails working in the kitchen for meal prep/clean-up. Work study hours occur during times when we are jamming. Please contact the work study organizer as soon as possible if interested.
Cost Schedule
The total cost depends on your dates of attendance, when you register (before or after the Early Bird deadline), if you are tenting or sleeping in the mansion, and if you choose work study.
Early Bird registration fees:
$550 - 4 nights (Full Jam)
Arrive Wednesday before dinner and depart Sunday after lunch$470 - 3 nights
Arrive Wednesday after lunch and depart Saturday after lunch or arrive Thursday after lunch and depart Sunday after lunch$350 - 2 nights
Arrive Thursday after lunch and depart Saturday after lunch or arrive Friday after lunch and depart Sunday after lunch.
Registration must be for contiguous days – you can't skip days
We encourage attendance for the full 5 days, especially for first timers. Experiencing the full jam allows you to be part of creating a deeply connected enriching space.
For those who are unable to attend the full jam, we do have options for later arrival or Saturday departure.
Arrival for any day starts after lunch. If you want to arrive earlier that day you need to bring your own lunch or check the box on the registration form to have lunch provided by Claymont.
Late Registration fees: Add 50$ to your total due
